Project Management.

The art of project management has morphed since the 1900s when it was originally referencing civil engineering projects or the work of master builders. Today organizations often consult with another agency when they have a project that needs to be completed and the expertise or capacity does not exist within.

CIC is your partner for when there is an assignment requiring initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and/or closing in Policy, Procedure, and Practice.  A traditional approach is typically utilized because it is often consistent with foundation and government grant funding guidelines, as well as a process most familiar to organizations engaged in Systems of Care (behavioral healthcare, child welfare, human services, and juvenile justice).  Furthermore, it is often the most comforting approach for human services professionals to engage in, therefore making the end product more likely to be sustained.
