HISTORY.

Cooperative Innovation Consultants (CIC) LLC was first launched on January 01, 1999 in Pinehurst, North Carolina.  Based on the demand at the time, CIC started as a group offering contracted case management, project management, and staff development services to community service agencies.  These agencies supported individuals living with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and mental illness diagnoses.  In 2001, Cory and the practice relocated to Denver, Colorado.  Operations were reduced while Cory engaged in a number of other professional endeavors on a local, state, and national scale.  This paved the way for CIC to embark in new arenas of work.  In 2010, CIC entered into its first state government vendorship contract to develop curricula and conduct training sessions across Colorado, as well as provide technical assistance on state and federal grant projects.  Today, CIC is a thriving justice human services agency partnering with individuals, organizations, and systems of care to bring about transformative change.  With the mission of leveraging support for the achievement of diversity and inclusion in communities, CIC has a trajectory to reach its vision of establishing a world where intersectionality is celebrated.
